Chiranjeevi , born as Konidela Siva Shankara Vara Prasad on August 22 1955, also known as Mega Star is a three-time Nandi Award in the Telugu cinema industry. Arguably, after the legendary duo of NTR and ANR, no other actor in the Telugu cinema industry has attained such a huge popularity as Chiranjeevi, lovingly called as Chiru by his fans.
